THE RENTAL CONDITIONS OF THE CAMPSITE LA FONTAINE GUÉRANDE

Booking conditions

All rentals are nominative and can under no circumstances be transferred or rented. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Bookings can be made by e-mail or phone, but with a written confirmation (signed contract with deposit) within 7 days, after this period, the option will be cancelled without notice. Upon receipt of your reservation and deposit (including 15 € of non-deductible and non-refundable reservation fees), we will send you a confirmation of reservation depending on the availability of places.

The Swimming Pool is a free service. Its administrative closure can in no case give rise to a reduction or a refund of stay. Television is a free service its non-functioning can in no case give rise to a reduction or a refund of stay.

Pitches : arrival from 2 pm – departure before 12 pm any plot not vacated at 12 pm will result in automatic billing of an additional night. The balance of your stay is to be paid upon departure.

Rentals : arrival: from 4:30 p.m.: present yourself at the reception. Any late arrival must be reported before 7 pm so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival on site.

Allour rentals are NON-SMOKING. Departures are between 9am and 10am, after this time an additional day will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, the reserved dates will be due in full, as will the fees attached to them. For rentals, the balance of your stay is to be paid 1 month before your arrival. You will have to give at the reception three deposit checks, one of 300 €, one of 90 € and one of 30 €. After verification by us at your departure, we will judge the state of cleanliness of the rental. If the latter is deemed satisfactory, the check for 90 € will be returned or destroyed. Otherwise, cashing the check of 90 € if the cleanliness is deemed unsatisfactory.

Rentals and pitches are kept until 10 am the day after the scheduled date of your arrival, after this period without news from you, they cease to be retained.

Remember to bring your own sheets, fitted sheets and pillowcases.

Cancellations : you have the possibility to subscribe to a cancellation insurance, called “peace of mind insurance”. It allows you a refund of up to 100% of the sums paid except booking fees.

Extract from the rules of procedure

The camper is required to respect the internal rules of the campsite. The campsite is not responsible for any damage or damage that may occur to campers’ personal property. Dogs 1st and 2nd category are prohibited. Dogs must be flea and vaccinated, they must be kept on a leash. The management reserves the right to evict without notice or refund people who fail to comply with the internal regulations or who have given false information about the occupants of the plot.

Traffic: speed is limited to 10 km/h. The gates are closed between midnight and 7 a.m., all traffic is prohibited during this period. One car and only one must pass at each barrier lift.
